COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Athletic qualities : Mastery of group 4 characteristics.
General Development :
Performing the basic technique of short track speed skating;
- Control of basic (general) sub-exercises; movement of the arms; curved back (pelvis retroversion); knee flexion and stability on skates.
- Control of specific (general) sub-exercises; contraction of the abdominals; grouped bodies and masses; lowering of the center of gravity; perform the crossing and have a good glide.
Brief introduction to other technical qualities : Attention and initial concentration, acceleration, passing and aspiration.
