It was a wild day of competition yesterday at the first post-lockdown Inter-regional short track speed skating competition in Montreal, with plenty of spills, chills and fun-filled comradery. The event took place at the Gadbois Recreation Centre in the city’s South-West borough where the Cyclones represented the West Island very well. Here are the results:

François (11): gold in Group 3

Rylan (10): bronze in Group 4

Antonio (11): 4th in Group 4

Nathan (10): 5th in Group 5

William (11): 7th in Group 5

Charles (12): 12th in Group 3
